A  non-refundable deposit is required at the time of choosing our puppy. All puppies are sold under non-breeding contracts and are to go to loving pet homes only!! All puppies are to be spayed/neutered by seven months of age, as per contract, with NO exceptions. If you change your mind on the puppy, you lose your deposit with no exceptions. Only if you place a deposit on a certain gender and it is not available, will we refund your deposit or transfer it to the next available litter. Bulldogs are expensive to raise, vet expenses are huge because they are often delivered by c-section and have to be artificially inseminated. They are also physically exhausting to rear because the Bulldog mothers are very lazy and can potentially sit on their litter without realizing.

YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO COME AND VISIT US TO SEE WHERE YOUR PUPPY IS COMING FROM BEFORE PLACING A DEPOSIT BUT ANY UNVACCINATED PUPPY AND THEIR MOTHER WILL BE IN A COMPLETELY STERILIZED NURSERY, PEOPLE PURCHASING PUPPIES VIEW THE PARENTS AND THE PUPPIES AFTER THE PUPS HAVE HAD THEIR FIRST SHOTS AND ARE READY TO GO TO THEIR NEW HOMES. TO INSURE THE HEALTH OF YOUR PUPPY, VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE NURSERY AREA AS STRANGERS COMING AND GOING EXCITES AND UPSETS THE MOTHER AND HER PUPPIES. THESE GUIDELINES ARE IN EFFECT BECAUSE OF THE LARGE AMOUNT OF REPORTED CASES OF PARVO VIRUS IN THE US AND CANADA. PARVO VIRUS IS A HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN BE CARRIED FROM KENNEL TO KENNEL OR FROM PARKS, VET OFFICES, PET STORES..ETC..ON YOUR SHOES, CLOTHING, SKIN AND CAN WIPE OUT A WHOLE LITTER IN A MATTER OF DAYS. THE DOG FLU IS ALSO ON THE RISE AND IS SIMILAR TO KENNEL COUGH. THESE ARE BOTH HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS DISEASES THAT COULD HAVE DISASTROUS RESULTS IN A LITTER OF BRAND NEW PUPPIES. ANY INTERESTED PUPPY PARENTS CAN HAVE PICTURES OF THE AVAILABLE NEW BORN PUPS E-MAILED AT ANYTIME.

French Bulldogs are generally able to deliver only by caesarean, have very low litter sizes and usually need to be artificially inseminated. All of this tends to keep their prices rather high. Please ensure that if you find one that seems to be a bargain that it wasn't by virtue of their care being skimped on.
